Refund policy

1. Standard 30-Day Return Policy
For consumers residing outside the European Union (such as the US, Taiwan, etc.), we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal (For European Union Customers)

If you are a consumer inside the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last item in your order. This period includes weekends and public holidays.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement via email at yamei.annachen@gmail.com, or directly use our self-serve portal through your customer account at: https://shopify.com/74495262974/account

Effects of Withdrawal & Refunds: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

Return Shipping & Handling: You shall send back the goods to our Taiwan address (Ya Mei Technology Co., Ltd., No.18-4, Ln.609, Sec.5, Chong Xin Rd., San Chong 24159, New Taipei City, Taiwan). You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized goods.
